When should I receive my order?

We process orders daily and they ship out on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Generally you will have your order within a week. We will notify you if there is a delay for some reason.

What shipping services do you use?

Depending on the size of the order we use USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Fedex Ground.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. They ship out First Class Mail International.

What's your return policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective product contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make the proper arrangements to exchange your product or refund your money.

Some of the DVDs I bought from you are DVD-R's, what's up with that?

Many of the DVDs we offer are factory replicated "Standard DVDs", but because we carry a lot of small and unique films some of them are issued on DVD-R. All the titles we carry are fully licensed and/or owned by the labels we buy them from. We do not sell bootlegs. If you buy a DVD or DVD-R from us and it's defective, we will replace it, no problem. All titles are packaged to professional specifications and come in standard cases with full artwork and ink on the disc.

What's Google Wallet?

Google Wallet is our preferred method to accept credit card orders online. It's 100% secure and easy to signup for if you don't have it already. It's 100% free for the customer to use. Please see our link to Google Wallet at the bottom of the page.

Can I mail my order in?

Sure, but we only accept mail orders from customers within the USA. Just send a letter with the DVDs you want. Shipping is $4.00 for the first DVD and $2.00 for each additional DVD. Send check or money order payable to:

I'm a filmmaker/product manufacturer, how do I get my product on TheGrindHouse.Net?

First shoot us an e-mail about your film/product and we'll let you know if we're intersted. E-mail us here afcinema@yahoo.com. If we are interested we will request a screener or product sample from you. Once we review your film/product we will contact you if we're interested in putting it in our store. If we do decide to carry your film or product we require that we are able to purchase the film/products at 50% or more off the retail price. We will then have you send 10 copies of your film/product to us to start with. We pay you for the product in 60 days from when we receive them. All films/products are 100% returnable within the first 60 days if they don't sell. We may end up purchasing all 10 from you, maybe only 2 copies, ordering 100 more or returning all 10 copies. You are responsible for all costs of shipping the products to us. You will most likely see your film/product end up in our Ebay store, Amazon Store, Ioffer Store and a few others, thus giving you the best shot at selling as many units as possible.

Your offer to carry my film in your store is fine, but I'm looking for larger distribution?

First shoot us an e-mail about your film and we'll let you know if we're intersted. E-mail us here afcinema@yahoo.com. If we are interested we will request a screener. If we want to pick up your film for distribution we will contact you and go over our terms. If you have already factory replicated your film on DVD, we have sub-distribution options as well. Sub-distribution is where we shop your DVD to our buyers and distributors, you pay for the manufacturing and we take a small percentage for being the middle-man. Sub-distribution can be very profitable for the filmmaker and you retain 100% of your rights to the film.
